The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, June 11 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will receive a lucrative offer from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Also coming up, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will learn Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) owns Chancellor. Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will attend a narcotics anonymous meeting with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). And Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will meet up with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Y&R spoilers tease Stephanie will let Nate know that she accepted the job at Memorial. “They’ll be lucky to have you,” he’ll reply. And Stephanie will ask if he’d consider practicing medicine again. Nate will say it was one of the most rewarding periods of his life. But he likes where he’s at now, working with his family.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Billy Tells Lily She’ll Regret Letting Cane Run It
At the GCAC, Lily will ask Billy if he’s heard anything from his family, since they’re at the fundraiser in Maryland, as is her brother and his wife. He’ll say he hasn’t but he’s hoping they’re okay. Lily will tell him she has other news and wanted him to hear it from her.
“Victor is giving up Chancellor and he’s giving it to me,” she’ll say and Billy will tell Lily he’s happy for her. He’ll ask what her plans are. “This is where you’re gonna need to keep an open, positive mind,” she’ll reply. “I’ve asked Cane to run it.”
Billy will be shocked she’d ask Cane, over him. “Cane screwed over everyone in town,” he’ll say. “You’re gonna reward him by giving him the keys to the kingdom?” Then he’ll tell her she’s going to regret it. “I’m sorry but I really believe Cane’s the best person for this job,” Lily will reply.
But Billy will say she’s letting her emotions cloud her logic. “He’s hurt you so many times and you’re going to give him a chance to do it again.” Billy will add that hiring someone like that is not a sound decision and he’ll walk away.
Meanwhile, Nick will tell Nikki he feels like he could use a meeting today. Nikki will say he’ll be in a safe space. Nick will say he’d like to share his story and ask if she could go with him. “What are we waiting for?” Nikki will reply.
At the meeting, Nick will talk about his addiction and how he lost himself. “I OD’d in front of my father, my son,” he’ll say. “And you want to know who rescued me? This dude who I hate more than anything in this world.” He’ll tell them drugs cost him his dignity and self respect.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Matt Apologizes To Adam And Chelsea
“I’ll do whatever it takes, I don’t have a choice,” Nick will add. He’ll do it for his family and himself. They’ll end up at Crimson Lights and Nick and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will tell as shocked Nikki and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) that Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) living on the ranch.
At Newman Enterprises, Phyllis will pack. “Even after I did the right thing,” she’ll say to her portrait on the wall. “I still lost it all.” Then Victor will arrive and she’ll ask if he’s there to escort her out. But Victor will say he wants to make a deal with her. He’ll tell Phyllis it took guts to do what she did, even though he was furious.
“You stood up to me and you won,” Victor will add. So, he wants to offer her a future. Phyllis will be suspicious but Victor say he still has Arabesque. He didn’t destroy it completely. “I think you could turn that company into a viable corporation.” Phyllis will be skeptical and ask why he’d do that for her. “It’s very simple,” he’ll reply. “You saved my boy’s life.” He’ll add he told her he’d never forget and he hasn’t.
After Phyllis clears out the office, she’ll meet Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) at Society and tell her about Victor’s offer. “I think it’s for real,” she’ll add. “I saved Nick’s life, shouldn’t I be able to rebuild my own?” Then she’ll ask Lauren if she will help her turn Arabesque around. “I’m in,” Lauren will reply.
Finally, Matt will apologize to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Victor will tell Matt that Adam’s going to work with him on his cover story. Then Nick, Sharon and Noah will walk in.
“I want you all to know that Matt wants to make amends,” Victor will tell them. “I’m going to ask him to walk in the public in Genoa City.” And he wants them to treat him as a normal citizen. But will they agree to it?
